Wanted Live in Maid Dubai Ghusais

1) we are an Indian family who want live in maid for minimum 1 year term subject to annual renewal.
2) It will be a standard Maid contract and have benefits as offered by UAE immigration. We will have 30 day leave per year, maid health insurance. Air travel costs to home town will be discussed with shortlisted candidate.
3) Candidate can be a) someone already in UAE who wishes to change current employer. b) not in UAE but recent history of maid employment in Dubai / Middle East c) not in UAE , no experience of live in maid employment in Dubai/Middle East
3.1) only want India/Nepal passport holders who meet conditions of consulate for a maid visa.
3.2) for candidates not in UAE, we can have Skype video interviews.
3.3) if candidate has family references in UAE, please share details in CV.
4) Friday will be a full day holiday for maid so prefer someone who has relatives/friends in UAE so she can live out of the house for the day.
5) we have 2 year old toddler and 11 year school going kid and maid must care for both these children. Can explain in detail to suitable candidate.
6) Maid should know to cook Indian breakfast and meals. We are South Indian . We prefer the maid can make chapatis on daily basis.
9) we have a senior citizen (mother) who will supervise the maid.
10) We discourage brokers and wish directly to candidate for discussions.
11) The start date is not later than Dec 1, 2017.
